Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective.
Personal care products (shampoos, conditioners, oils, and other hair treatments) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
The item must have been purchased from our official website, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Wait for confirmation from our team (typically within 1-3 business days).
Ship the item to the provided address (return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error).
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Exceptions
Opened and used products cannot be returned.
Gift sets and discounted items may not be eligible for return.
